Sales and Marketing Executive - Philippines | Metro Manila

Location: Metro Manila
Reports To: Sales Manager

Roles Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and digitally fluent Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and impactful marketing campaigns. This hybrid role combines relationship management, content creation, and digital marketing execution to support our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Manage distributor relationships and support account development
  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Collaborate with the Country Manager and distributors on marketing plans and promotional activities
  • Organize customer engagement events (e.g., exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, in-store campaigns)
  • Coordinate with digital marketing vendors and monitor campaign performance
  • Manage SEO and content strategy to enhance online visibility
  • Align social media content with brand messaging and drive engagement

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Conduct trade visits to assess in-store compliance and gather insights

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility
  • Liaise with agencies for content creation and ad management (Google, Microsoft, YouTube, Meta, TikTok etc.)
  • Manage company social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and inquiry response
  • Develop compelling content with strong writing and editing skills
  • Build and maintain a robust LinkedIn presence for both B2B and B2C audiences

 

General Accountabilities

The following four accountabilities are applicable to all Rheem Singapore employees, including those engaged under regional or remote arrangements

 

Safety and Environmental:

  • The incumbent shall perform all duties requested of them by their supervisor / manager in so far as the request is reasonable and can be conducted in a safe manner
  • The incumbent is responsible for personal compliance with all Company policies and procedures in order to control OHS, Environmental and other risks and to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements

 

Quality:

  • The incumbent is responsible for actively participating in the implementation of policies, procedures and other elements of Rheem Singapore’s Quality, OHS and Environmental Management Systems

Qualifications & Experience – Minimum Required

Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, or brand management, preferably in consumer goods, appliances, or B2B sectors
  • Proven track record in digital marketing execution, including social media, SEO, and campaign management
  • Experience in client engagement, distributor support, and event coordination

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
  • Proficiency in digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic graphic editing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends and campaign metrics
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Sales Engineer/Executive - Philippines

Roles Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Executive to help drive sales in the Philippines. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone with technical knowledge and sales experience. You’ll work with clients and distributors to provide technical support, promote our products, manage sales activities, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing distributors
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical solutions
  • Identify and qualify sales leads; manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and help assess technical requirements alongside distributors
  • Provide tailored, value-driven solutions aligned with client needs and project goals
  • Address distributor concerns and clarifies project details through regular meetings
  • Monitor project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and oversee payment process
  • Stay current with evolving trends in sales strategies and digital marketing
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Technical & Operational Support

 

  • Conduct post-sales follow-up and site visits to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues raised by distributors or end-users
  • Provide training to distributors and clients on product features, installation, and maintenance

 

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and distributor engagement to Sales Manager
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and approval workflows during sales execution
